Elevating HR Leadership
Helping organizations navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and a human-centered approach to transformation.
Our Story
Elevate HR began with one question: What does it mean for human resources to elevate from a service desk to a strategic partner?
For founder Kris Himes, the answer came through years of seeing HR departments overburdened with administration and disconnected from the strategy they were meant to drive. Elevate HR was built to change that story—helping HR leaders reclaim their role as catalysts for transformation.
Today, Elevate HR partners with organizations during their most pivotal moments—bringing clarity to complexity, structure to change, and confidence to the leaders guiding it.
What We Believe
We believe HR has the power to shape business outcomes—but only when supported by the right leadership, structure, and systems. We believe transformation is not just about implementation, but about how people experience change. And we believe the best outcomes happen through partnership—working alongside our clients with honesty, clarity, and shared ownership of results.
While systems implementation is a core part of our work, we rarely start there. We’ve seen too many organizations invest in new platforms without leadership alignment, role clarity, or change readiness—only to end up frustrated and reactive. That’s why every implementation we lead is grounded in people alignment and operating clarity first. We lead with people, design the right structure, and implement systems that actually work—because they’re aligned to how humans make decisions, do work, and lead change.
